FAVOURITE SNACKS THAT ARE SAFE FOR THE TEETH

Cornflakes, Weetabix, sugar free muesli, porridge, Shreddies, Branflakes, Rice Crispies, Shredded Wheat, Puffed Wheat

Crackers, crispbread, English muffins, crumpets, toast, pitta bread, naan bread.

Sugar free jams/marmalades, sugar free peanut butter, fish or meat spreads and pâtés, vegetable extract, cheese, houmous.

Tinned fruit in natural juice, diet or natural yoghurt, milkshake made with fresh fruit only, diet/light ice cream.

Fruits such as apples, satsumas, pears, melon and peaches.  (WARNING! Grapes cause tooth erosion and can be inhaled.)  Crisp vegetables such as carrots, cucumber and celery.

Low-fat crisps, corn or potato puffs, sugar-free gum.

Water, milk, tea, coffee (without sugar).
